Seth Dolan has built an impressive career as a passionate leader in the theatrical creative space with an eye for extraordinary entertainment.

After specializing in theatre and stage production at Emerson College in Boston, Seth continued to expand his knowledge of production & stage management through hands on experience with casting, direction, creative, branding and strong leadership while working in production in Boston and at Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Based in Los Angeles since 2003, Seth has been an integral part of the M·A·C Cosmetics Retail Events team. He created the first West Coast Event division for the company; growing from an individual office of one, Seth is now responsible for managing a team that produces 1000+ events each year of varying size and story across 64 markets throughout North America including Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.  In his multiplatform role, he has consistently and successfully supported M·A·C’s vision and brand through theatrical and branding productions that has led to a popular and respected presence in the marketplace, record-breaking success generating millions, press accolades, massive social impressions and positive experiences for Guests that make a lasting impression.
